Emily Freeman is the heart behind Freeman Photography Studios.
A self-taught photographer with more than a decade and a half of experience, she’s known for her natural eye, down-to-earth personality, and the way she captures fleeting moments with lasting impact.
Emily’s love of photography grew from her passion for the natural world and the beauty found in everyday moments.
That passion was nurtured from a young age by her father, a talented photographer who inspired her to see life through a creative lens. His influence sparked a lifelong appreciation for storytelling through images—one that continues to shape her work today.
Formerly a preschool teacher, Emily brings patience, humor, and a love for children into her sessions—especially helpful when working with young families.
Emily’s approach is rooted in authenticity, warmth, and connection. Her goal is always to make clients feel seen, valued, and completely at ease—so their truest selves can shine through in every photo.
